WARNING:  Some metal products may contain chemicals or elements known to the State of California to cause birth defects, cancer or reproductive harm.  These chemicals and elements include but are not limited to Chromium, Lead, Cobalt and Nickel.

California law requires businesses to provide a clear and reasonable warning to customers purchasing products in the state of California prior to person(s) becoming exposed to such chemicals or elements.  Such written warning is required when a business is aware of or suspects one or more of the listed chemicals may be present in the products for purchase.  We are providing this warning as these chemicals or elements may be present in our products specifically the Chill Zone™ and Sine Wave Tuff™ mufflers.

NOTE:  It is important to understand our metal products are not considered hazardous by OSHA Standards as these mufflers are only offered to customers in a pre-fabricated finished and complete form.  Please refer to the KPP warranty which forbids any operations be performed unto the muffler by purchaser, consumer or other third party such as welding, brazing or thermal cutting.  Such actions void the warranty and also may expose you to chemicals including Chromium, Nickel, Arsenic, Cadmium and Lead which are known to the State of California to cause birth defects, cancer or reproductive harm.
